入选标准
- •1.Critically ill adult patients aged above 18 years
- •2.Hypotension(SBP <= 90 or MAP <= 65 or requiring vasopressors)
排除标准
- •1.Deformity or local trauma or local infections at arterial cannulation site.
- •2.Severe coagulopathy (Platelets <30000/mm3 and/or INR >2.0)
- •3.Nonpalpable radial pulse
- •4.Patients whose radial artery has already been cannulated previously.
- •5.Negative Barbeau test
