•Pediatric patients between the age groups of 3 to 9 years irrespective of gender.
•Primary molars with carious exposures of pulp.
•Primary molars without any signs of pulpal degeneration
•Primary molars with intracanal hemorrhage of bright red in color and successful hemorrhage control within 5 min of the removal of the coronal pulp.
•Radiographic evidence of at least two-thirds of the root length

•Primary teeth having previous or attempted pulpotomy, pulpectomy or root canal treatment
•Primary teeth showing signs or symptoms of pulpal necrosis, spontaneous pain, history of swelling or abscess or ï¬?stula or sinus tract, pain at night, pathologic mobility, and tenderness on percussion.
•Primary teeth that need greater than 5 minutes to achieve haemostasis.
•Primary teeth when ï¬?nal restoration with stainless steel crown is not possible.
•Radiographic evidence of internal or external pathologic root resorption, periapical or furcal radiolucency, and more than one-third of root resorption.
•Primary teeth without a permanent successor.
