•Patients admitted to the National Rehabilitation Center as patients with brain lesions and outpatients who wish to undergo driving rehabilitation;
•- a person over the age of 19
•- A person who becomes the cognitive level required for driving (K-MMSE-2: 24 points or higher)
•- A person who can sit independently and withstand resistance (Sitting Balance Normal Grade or higher)
•- A person who can operate by supplementing a physical disability using an auxiliary device;
•- A person with less than five years of driving experience among those with more than two years of driving experience;
•- Person who agrees to participate in the study (providing voluntary consent)

•- If CPAD inspection results are not successful
•- Inability to communicate due to cognitive impairment or aphasia
•- A person who has a limited range of joint motion in the body joint and is not supplemented by using auxiliary equipment;
•- A person who does not use a driving assistance device
•- A person who has not obtained a driver's license or has no driving experience after obtaining it
•- Skin disease or open wound
•- If the sitting position cannot be maintained for more than 10 minutes for evaluation
•- If you have a psychiatric condition
•- If it is difficult to use the virtual reality simulator due to severe dizziness
