- •1) Advice seekers: Having an oncological disease, stating problems and/or counselling needs regarding the occupational situation (from training to retirmement phase), age of majority, sufficient German skills, no cognitive limitations that impede participiation in surveys or interviews, and informed consent.
- •2) Counsellors: Trained career guides who offer the intervention. Written consent is required.
- •3) Representatives of the sponsors / allocators: Written consent is required.
