- •1. ASA I and II patients of either sex.
- •2.Patients aged between 20 to 50 years
- •3. Patients undergoing elective ureteroscopic surgeries.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drugs.
- •2.Pregnant and lactating women.
- •3.Patients refusal
- •4.Local site infection and peripheral vascular disease.
- •5.Diagnosed to have neurological disease.
- •6.Patients with severe cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic and renal disease.
- •7.Patients with coagulation abnormalities.
- •8.Patients with previous spine surgeries, and spine abnormalities.
