- •1) Patients with severe alcoholic hepatitis .
- •2) Eligible for steroid therapy.
排除标准
- •1) Upper gastrointestinal bleed within the past one month.
- •2) Active sepsis
- •3) Serum creatinine > 1.5 mg/dl (Hepato renal syndrome)
- •4) Intestinal paralysis
- •5) Hepatic or extrahepatic malignancy
- •6) Disseminated intravascular coagulation
- •7) Discriminant Function (DF) >90
