入选标准
- •Medically fit patients greater than or equal to 18 years of age of both genders
- •Alveolar ridges with sufficient vertical and horizontal dimensions
- •D3, D4 bone
- •Bone density lesser than 850 gray scale units based on CBCT findings.
- •The edentulous site that has no previous attempt of sinus augmentation, implant placement or guided regeneration
- •The implant site edentulous for at least 6 months
- •Bone width and height minimum to place 4.2 by 11.5mm Implant.
排除标准
- •Implants requiring any kind of bone augmentations
- •Immediate extraction and implant placement cases
- •Signs of infection in the modified site of implant
- •Parafunctional habits such as bruxism and clenching
- •Local limitations such as inadequate implant space
- •Bone disease that interfere with bone healing
- •Chronic smokers
- •Radiation therapy
- •Oral /IV bisphosphonates
