•1)Patients of Sandhigata Vata ageing in between 40 to 70 years.
•2)Patient having involving of knee joint will be included.
•3)Patients of Sandhigata Vata presenting the clinical feature highlighting in classical literature will be selected randomly irrespective of sex, caste, religion and socio-economic status.
•4)Those are willing to participate and ready to give written consent.

•1)Patients having any systemic, metabolic diseases or immunocompromised patient.
•2)Patient depending upon corticosteroids.
•3)Patient who are currently participating in any other clinical trial( since last 6 months)
•4)Patient who is pregnant or lactating.
•5)Patients with poorly controlled Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus.
•6)Bed ridden Patient or confined to a wheelchair.
