A study will be conducted to investigate theprevalence and predictors of musculoskeletal health complaints (MHC) amongride-sharing motorbike drivers in Bangladesh, who work in a challengingenvironment in low-income and middle-income settings. The study will use across-sectional design and collect data from 1553 ride-sharing motorbikedrivers aged 18 years and above in Dhaka, Bangladesh. MHC will be measuredusing the musculoskeletal subscale of the subjective health complaints scale.The prevalence of MHC will be computed using descriptive analysis and comparedacross groups. Regression analysis will be used to identify the predictors ofMHC for motorbike drivers. The goal of this study is to provide insights intothe musculoskeletal health of outdoor workers in low-income and middle-incomecountries who work in the ride-sharing industry.
