简要总结
This prospective observational cohort study aims to examine changes in occupational disidentification among undergraduate nursing interns during clinical internship and to identify factors associated with high-risk trajectories. Undergraduate nursing students will be followed using online questionnaires from the end of the first internship week and approximately every three months until the end of internship. The study will assess occupational disidentification, personal psychological resources, clinical learning environment, occupational stigma, negative clinical experiences, transition shock, emotional exhaustion, occupational fatigue, sleep, and musculoskeletal symptoms.

- •Students with severe physical or mental illness, or other conditions that make them unable to complete the questionnaires independently.
- •Exclusion From Analysis Criteria:
- •Questionnaires with an obviously too short completion time, below the minimum reasonable response time set by the research team.
- •Questionnaires with patterned responses or obvious logical inconsistencies.
- •Questionnaires with missing key variables that cannot be used for the main statistical analysis.
- •Repeated submissions at the same time point where the valid version cannot be confirmed.

主要结局
Change in Occupational Disidentification
时间窗: From the end of the first internship week to the end of internship, up to 12 months
Occupational disidentification refers to the tendency of undergraduate nursing interns to psychologically distance themselves from the nursing profession or separate the nursing professional identity from their self-concept. It will be assessed using an occupational disidentification scale. Higher scores indicate a higher level of occupational disidentification.
