入选标准
- •1.Clinical criteria
- •Age between 5-9 years.
- •Development normal for age
- •No defects in tooth formation.
- •Two primary teeth with broad cavitated occlusal or cervical lesion with dentinal involvement & open access
- •Carious lesion of medium hard consistency & light yellow to brown in colour.
- •2.Radiographic criteria
- •lesion with clearly visible radiolucency extending into, but confined to outer dentine
排除标准
- •Presence of spontaneous pain symptomatolgy
- •Teeth with pulpal involvement, furcation, periapical pathology or interproximal caries
- •Any systemic disease or antibiotic use for at least 2 weeks prior to study
