入选标准
- •Patients admit to the Kyunghee University Hospital for orthopedic surgery with spinal anesthesia
- •- Age from 19 to 65,
- •- ASA status I to II
- •- If they want to sedate after spinal anesthesia
排除标准
- •1. If they do not want to be sedated
- •2. If the block level by spinal anesthesia is above T6
- •3. If they are taking medication with hypertension
- •4. BMI greater than 30 kg / m2 or diagnosed with sleep apnea
- •5. If the anesthetic of the lower body fails
- •6. Hypersensitivity to used drugs
- •7. Pre-operative electrocardiogram (EKG) with heart rate <60 beats / min
- •8. If the systolic blood pressure is <90 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure <60 mmHg during the administration of the drug (dexmedetomidine and perdipine)
- •9. Pregnant women, lactating women, or women who have a pregnancy plan during the test
