- •patients with symptomatic paroxysmal with failure of at least
- •1 antiarrhythmic drug, who were planned to ablation procedure using 3D mapping system
排除标准
- •a. prior left atrial ablation
- •b.prior cardiac surgery
- •c.left atrial thrombus
- •d.moderate or severe mitral valve stenosis or regurgitation
- •e.left ventricular ejection fraction40%
- •f.cardiac heart failure, with a NYHA class III or IV
- •g.severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •h.contraindication to oral anticoagulation
- •i.pregnancy
