The present quasi-experimental study aims to assess the effectiveness of simulation-based activity regarding cyberbullying on anxiety, aggression, and self-esteem among adolescents in selected schools at Ambala, Haryana. The study will be conducted among school students aged 13–18 years. participants will be selected using purposive sampling and divided equally into experimental and comparison groups. Pretest and posttest data on anxiety, aggression, and self-esteem will be collected using standardized scales. The experimental group will receive simulation-based activity regarding cyberbullying, while the comparison group will receive routine classroom teaching. Data will be analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings will help develop effective educational strategies to promote mental well-being and prevent cyberbullying among adolescents.

- •1.Adolescents who are aged 15-18 years 2.Adolescents who are enrolled in the selected school.
- •3.Adolescents who are willing to participate.
- •4.Adolescents who understands Hindi or English.
排除标准
- •1.Adolescents who have previously participated in any cyberbullying awareness program in the last 6 months.
- •2.Adolescents with diagnosed psychological disorders 3.Adolescents who are not willing to participate or whose parents/guardians do not provide consent.
- •4.Students who are absent during the pre-test, intervention, or post-test phase.
- •5.Adolescents with hearing, visual, or cognitive impairments .
