入选标准
- •patient older than 18
- •- elective operational treatment on foot or lower leg with the indication of a distal isciadic nerve block
- •- written consent after detailed patient education
- •- hospitalisation for at least two days after operational treatment
排除标准
- •- patient younger than 18
- •- BMI more than 40
- •- participation at another study
- •- lack of written consent after detailed patient education
- •- another operational treatment with different localisation during time of examination
- •- chronic pain patient with taking of opioids
- •- polyneuropathy/sensoric deficite on ipsilateral foot or lower leg
- •- patient with dementia or mental retardation
- •- allergy against Ropivacain or Prilocain
