- •primary knee osteoarthritis
- •older than 50-year-old
- •receive total knee arthroplasty
排除标准
- •coagulopathy,
- •history of venous thromboembolism
- •on an anticoagulant, azole group, and proteinase inhibitor
- •allergic to medication in this study
- •allergic to contrast material for computer tomography
- •severe chronic kidney disease
