简要总结

A minimum of 45 subjects with chronic neck pain along with forward head posture will be selected as per inclusion exclusion criteria of age group 18 to 45 including both genders. Subjects will be equally divided into 3 groups through convenient sampling (by chit and bowl system). Group A will be control group and will be treated through TENS, hot pack and stretching of upper trapezius, levator scapulae & sternocleidomastoid, this protocol will serve as “baseline treatment”, Group B (experimental group) will receive neck stabilization exercises along with baseline treatment and Group C (experimental group) will receive flexi-bar exercises along with baseline treatment. Treatment will be given for two weeks 5 sessions per week. Result will be noted for pain with numeric pain rating scale (NPRS), cervical range of motion (ROM) with universal goniometer and neck disability with neck disability index (NDI) on 1st day pre-intervention, on 5th day during intervention and 10th day post-intervention.
