•All patients with F20/F30 diagnoses who underwent a magnetic resonance imaging examination at LVR-Klinikum Düsseldorf between 1/1/2013 and 6/30/2021.

•- somatic causes of psychiatric disorders
•- profound developmental disorder
•- severe intelligence impairment
•- age > 65years
