入选标准
- •1. Patients admitted to ICU and are on non-invasive mechanical ventilation.
- •2. Both genders male and female
- •3. Adults 16 to 60 years
- •4. Patients self-dependent for functional activities before admission to hospital
排除标准
- •1. Patients are excluded if they had undergone any surgery like thoracic, cardiac, abdominal or fractures.
- •2. Any condition restricting mobility.
- •3. Ulcers or open wounds
- •4. Cancer or metastasis.
- •5. Patients with neurological deficits.
- •6. The patient will have no invasive femoral arterial lines.
- •7. Patient with invasive ventilation like endotracheal tube or tracheostomy tube .
- •pre-existing neuromuscular disease
- •8. Radiotherapy or chemotherapy within the previous 6 months
