- •Patients belonging to ASA I & II
- •Patient undergoing elective lower abdominal surgeries.
排除标准
- •Patients with raised intracranial pressure or any intracranial pathology
- •Previous Spine surgeries
- •Allergy to local anesthetics.
- •If level of T6 is not achieved
- •Hypovolemia, Bradycardia
- •Patients on anticoagulants
- •Localized infection
- •Pregnant women
