  • •Requiring endotracheal intubation and invasive mechanical ventilation

排除标准

  • •Duration of invasive mechanical ventilation < 48 hours；
  • •Presence of tracheostomy；
  • •Presence of upper airway obstruction.

Weaning failure rate

时间窗: 3.5 years

Spontaneous breathing trial failure rate

时间窗: 3.5 years

Extubation failure rate

时间窗: 3.5 years

  • Hospital length of stay(3.5 years)
