•More than 4weeks after stroke.
•-Male and female aged over 20 years old
•-VAS score over 4 points about hemiplegic shoulder pain
•-subjects who don't have previous history of shoulder injury or operation of shoulder
•-Those who consent to participate in this trial and sign an informed conset

•-subjects who have had hypersensitivity reactions following acupuncture.
•-in previous medical history, subjects who have pacemakers, embedded neural stimulator, cardiac arrhythmia, epilepsy, traumatic shoulder injury, peripheral neural injury
•-Cognitive impairment that precluded accurate clinical assessment of VAS score
•-Others whose clinical trials conductors are considered inappropriate for participating in this trial
•-subjects who have another central nervous disease, severe neurological or psychiatrical(psychosis, MDD, dementia etc.)history, or taking antipsychotic medication
•-subjects who have difficulty of communication or who do not provide informed conset
