- •Age > 18 years
- •Diagnosed ARDS as Berlin Definition
- •Intubated or tracheostomy
- •Inform consent
排除标准
- •Severe obstructive defect of COPD or recent AE within 8 wk
- •Mild ARDS (PaO2/FiO2 > 200)
- •On intercostal chest drainage
- •Contraindications from oesophageal balloon insertion
- •Cannot perform recruitment manuver
