入选标准
- •1.Presence of chronic pain of KOA for more than two years diagnosed by NICE clinical criteria
- •2.Radiological diagnosis of KOA and grade 3 or more by the Kellgren and Lawrence classification
- •3.Average pain score of more than or equal to 5/10 in NRS
- •4.Failed conservative management
- •5.Unfit for Knee arthroplasty or unwilling for knee arthroplasty
- •6.Reduction of the pain by more than 50% after diagnostic genicular nerve block
排除标准
- •1.Diabetic neuropathy
- •2.Major psychiatric illness
- •3.Active inflammatory arthritis like Rheumatoid Arthritis or Spondylo Arthritis
- •4.Post-traumatic knee pain like meniscal injury
- •5.Intraarticular injection of PRP or steroid in the past three months
- •6.Obesity MBI > 40kg/m2
- •7.Gross mechanical deformity of the joint
- •8.Presence of local or systemic infection
- •9.Bleeding disorders
- •10.Any known contraindication of cryoneurolysis like cryoglobulinemia
