入选标准
- •1. Patient diagnosed peripheral artery disease including acute limb ischemia; ALI, Chronic limb ischemia; CLI or Chronic limb threatening ischemia; CLTI.
- •2. (Medical therapy) or (Revascularization) or both
- •3. Alert Glasgow coma score > 15 point or 10T, not delirium CAM-ICU Negative , not dementia MMSE Thai 2002 > 22 points
- •4. speak or reading Thai language
- •5. Vial sign stable ; Systolic blood pressure >90, < 180 mmHg, Mean arterial pressure; MAP> 65 mmHg without vasopressors or inotrope
- •6. Written informed consent
排除标准
- •1. There are limitatation for movement such as patient with hemodynamic unstable
- •2. Patient who have major amputations of lower extremity including above knee amputation or below knee amputation before admit in the ICU
- •3. Patient who have vasopressors treatment including dopamine, norepinephrine,
- •epinephrine, phenylephrine and vasopressin.
