入选标准
- •1. Male or female
- •2. Age between 60-80 years
- •3. Able to walk independently without gait aids
- •4. Have Berg balance scale less than 49 scores
- •5. Able to communicate with researchers comprehensively
- •6. Clear watching or hearing with/without glasses or hearing aids
排除标准
- •1. Have Mini-mental State Examination score less than 24 scores
- •2. Have musculoskeletal problems related decreased balance ability
- •3. Have pain score equal or over than 4 scores
- •4. Have neurological problems or abnormal smelling sensation
- •5. Have cardiopulmonary problems
- •6. Have cancer
- •7. Have uncontrolled hypertension
- •8. Regularly work out with Thai boxing exercise or regularly use Zanthoxylum limonella Alston essential oil
- •9. Present allergy when testing with Zanthoxylum limonella Alston essential oil patch or placebo patch
