入选标准
- •Primiparous and multiparous women between the age group of 18- 40 years
- •Singleton pregnancy with gestational age 37-42 weeks and cephalic presentation
- •Normal vaginal delivery with episiotomy1 or 1st 2nd or 3rd degree perineal tear
排除标准
- •History of reconstructive surgery history of the vagina and the perineum.
- •History of health conditions which could negatively affect wound healing (such as diabetes mellitus, kidney diseases, or severe anemia)
- •Use of medications which could affect wound healing, no perineal hematoma,
- •Fourth degree perineal tear
