•1.All Patient presenting with sign and symptoms of sandhi shoth and shula will be selected.
•2. Patients of agantuja shotha without fracture will be included in Study.
•3.Patients of either sex in age group of 20 -60 years will be included in study.3.4.Uncomplicated cases of Sandhi Shotha and Shula will be selected.
•5.Patients willing to participate in the trial will be included in study.

•1.Patients age less than 20yrs and more than 60 yrs will be excluded.
•2. Patients having complications of Sandhi Shoth and Shula like tuberculosis, bone metastasis, psoriatic arthritis and bony deformities of joints (viz.varus/valgus) will be excluded.
•3.Patients having pleural effusion, severe anemia,accelerated hypertension, renal failure and chronic cardiac failure will be excluded.
•4.Those patients not willing to be part of trial and not giving written consent will be excluded.
•5.Patients undergoing regular treatment for other severe illnesses will be excluded.
•6.Patients on prolonged corticosteroids will be excluded.
