This observational study is designed to baseline theincidence and correlate the contributory factors of PDPH after subarachnoidblock in a larger study population at Tata Main Hospital , Jamshedpur; which islocated in the eastern part of India.

入选标准

•Patients undergoing lower segment caesarean section receiving subarachnoid block.
•ASA I, II, III.
•Both routine and emergency surgeries.

排除标准

•Patient below the age for informed consent.
•Pregnancy induced hypertension.
•Valvular heart disease and arrhythmias
•Local site infection at the back.
•Coagulopathy.
•Patients having contraindications for neuraxial blockade.
