入选标准
- •1 patients awaiting total knee arthroplasty in period at least 12 weeks
- •2 age between 18 to 79 years
- •3 Able to use RAMA app or any video call application with or without assist
- •4 Able to follow exercise program
排除标准
- •1 coexisting other medical condition eg systemic inflammatory disease or neurological or heart or musculoskeletal condition that limit exercise capacity
- •2 History of surgery or fracture of affected knee in 6 months
- •3 Unable to walk with or without gait aid in 10 m
- •4 knee flexion contracture more than 30 degree
- •5 Quadriceps weakness Motor power less than grade 3
- •6 Radiological evidence shows significant bone loss Ahlback classification grade 4-5
