- •2. Antepartum haemorrhage
- •3. Intrauterine fetal anomaly or death
- •4. Cervicovaginal infection
- •5. Heart disease, seizure disorder, severe anaemia, uncontrolled diabetes
- •6. Severe fetal growth restriction, severe pre-eclampsia
