入选标准
- •Patients undergoing polysomnogram within 6 months, with age 18, or higher.
排除标准
- •1. Significant medical/psychiatric problems e.g. neurological problems, congestive heart failure, severe pulmonary disease, central sleep apnea syndrome
- •2. Pregnant woman
- •3. Regular shift workers
- •4. Previously received specific treatment for OSA e.g. CPAP, surgery, other specific devices
- •5. Change in body weight after PSG to research date > 10%
- •6. Inconclusive PSG i.e. sleep efficiency <20%, or ratio of central apnea > 50% of total apnea and hypopnea
