简要总结
Dysmenorrhea is the medical term used for painful menses. Menstrual pain may begin just before the menses or at the starting of menses and last for as long as 72 hours.it is confirmed to ovulatory cycles only ,hence ,may begin only a few months after menarche .Primary dysmenorrhea where there is no identifiable pelvic pathology present.
Primay dysmenorrhea is often a leading cause of absenteeism from schools and colleges ,poor quality of life in young girls and women and decreased productivity at work.
At the end of study ,it is expected that the individualized homoeopathic medicine after proper repertorization will cure the patients who is suffering from primary dysmenorrhea .it is expected that patient improves symptomatology which is evident through the valid scales(WaLIDD and VAS score ).

入选标准
- •1.Females aged 12 to 25 years diagnosed with Primary dysmenorrhea clinically.
- •2.Complaint of Primary dysmenorrhea for at least 3 menstrual cycles.
排除标准
- •1.Females less than 12 years and greater than 25 years will not be included in the study 2.Females having any obvious ovarian or uterine pathologies will be excluded 3.Females with any severe systemic diseases will be excluded 4.Females on OCPs and IUDs inserted will not be taken for the trial.
