- •All patients satisfying the definition criteria of acute on chronic liver failure as led by Asian pacific association for the study of liver disease
排除标准
- •1.Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma
- •2.Patients with serious underlying respiratory illness(s).
- •3.Patients with underlying serious cardiac illness(s).
- •4.Patients with underlying serious neurological illness(s).
- •5.Patients who tested HIV positive during or before enrolment of study.
- •6.Patients who opted for liver transplantation or not given consent.
- •7.Pregnant patients.
- •8.Patients known to have allergic reaction to N acetylcystine.
