- •1. biopsy proven membranous nephropathy
- •2. serologically anti PLA2R antibody positive
- •3. patients eligible for treatment as per standard protocol
- •4. patients who are willing to give consent
排除标准
- •1. presence of active sepsis
- •2. pregnancy
- •3. active malignancy
- •4. co-infection with HIV / Hep B / Hep C
- •5. prior treatment with any immunosuppressant therapy
- •6. presence of heart failure
