入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients diagnosed with Migraine headache and on prophylaxis
- •4 to 15 migraine attacks per month in the past 2 months
排除标准
- •Patients with Headache other than migraine
- •Patients with chronic daily headache (>=15 days/month)
- •Patients already on statins for any other conditions
- •Patients on any lipid lowering substances
- •Patients with renal disease (GFR >than 30ml/min)
- •Creatinine kinase > 3 times the upper limit of normal
- •Patients with AST/ALT >2 times the upper limit of the normal
- •Pregnant, nursing and potentially could become pregnant patients
- •Patients with history of any drug/substance abuse or dependence
- •Patients with uncontrolled DM, Thyroid disease and psychiatric illnesses
- •Known hypersensitivity to statins
