- •All patient who were indicated for cystoscopy. All patients were thoroughly explained informed and committed to participating in the research.
排除标准
- •1. History of UTI with in a month
- •2. taken antibiotics 2 weeks before cystoscopy
- •3. An allergy to quinolones
- •4. Comobidities in which prophylactic antibioties were required.
