简要总结
This study is a prospective cross-sectional research that aims to explore the relationship between coping strategies and resilience among doctoral students. It will assess how doctoral scholars manage stress within the demanding academic environment and whether gender differences exist in their coping styles and resilience levels. A total of 71 full-time doctoral students meeting specific inclusion criteria will be recruited, and standardized measures will be used to evaluate coping strategies and resilience. The findings are expected to provide insights into stress management among doctoral scholars and inform the need for supportive interventions to enhance their psychological well-being.
