入选标准
- •Age >18 years
- •- Intensive medical therapy with invasive mechanical ventilation of any indication
- •- Hypercapnia (pCO²=45mmHg)
- •- PEEP =8mbar
排除标准
- •- Pneumothorax
- •- Fractures, Zn. traumas and injuries
- •- Any type of internal drainage (especially thoracic and abdominal drains)
- •- extracorporal lung replacement procedure
- •- Intra-abdominal infection
- •- Relevant wounds on the thorax or abdomen
- •- Intra-abdominal, thoracic, gastrointestinal and/or intracerebral bleeding
- •- Hemophilia/severe thrombocytopenia (<20) - Acute liver failure (bilirubin > 8 and Quick < 50)
- •- Severe circulatory instability
- •- Pregnancy
