入选标准
- •S.TSH level above more than 4.25mIU/mL
- •Patient eligible for Koshtha Shuddhi
排除标准
- •Chronicity of hypothyroidism more than 10 year, Secondary Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto thyroiditis
- •patient having history of Hyperacidity or pre-dominant Pitta Prakriti or bleeding disorder or peptic ulcer
- •Pregnancy, lactating mother,
- •Ischemic heart diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular event, cardiac arrhythmias,
- •active malignant disease, , acute illness like infection, psychosis
- •Patient age below 20 year and above 60 year of either sex.
- •Patients not eligible for Koshtha Shuddhi
