入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Class II furcation defect.
- •2. Systematically Healthy patients.
- •3. Horizontal probing depth 3-6mm
- •4. Verticle probing depth 3mm.
排除标准
- •1)Patients not adhering for continuance of periodontal maintenance programme.
- •2)Patients having a habit of smoking or consuming tobacco.
- •3)Patients having mobility in the selected tooth.
- •4)Allergic reactions to the graft material which will be using for procedure, local anaesthetics, chlorhexidine content, antibiotics drugs, or analgesics.
- •5)Any earlier or previous periodontal regeneration procedures performed into chosen location or site.
- •6)Females who are pregnant or childbearing or nursing.
- •7)Infectious disease in patients like hepatitis, HIV, or tuberculosis.
- •8)Patients having a history of systemic illness.
