- •- Can speak fluent Cantonese or Mandarin
- •- Internet access + printer access
- •- Australian resident

- •- Psychotic disorder or severe depression
- •- Current or planned psychological treatment during study duration
- •- Change in medications during last 1 month or intended change during study duration
- •- Suicidal
