- •1.Patients diagnosed to have diabetes for less than 1 year
- •2.HBAIC More than 7
- •3.Both male and female patients with type 2 diabetes
- •4.Patients on oral hypoglycemic agents.
- •5.Patients with BMI for more than 29.
- •6.Patients having the habit of cigarette smoking & alcohol
- •7.Patients with co-morbidity of hypertension
排除标准
- •1.Patients on insulin
- •2.Patients not willing to participate
- •3.Pregnannt /lactating women
- •4.Patients with chronic complications& could not communicate effectively
