- •Age 18 to 65, Biopsy proven Carcinoma Cervix, Clinically and radiologically disease-free 6 months after RT, ECOG PS less than equal to 2, Willing to participate and provide informed consent, Sexually active or willing to resume sexual activity post-treatment, Stage IB3 to IIIC1, The patient should be able to understand and follow instructions.
排除标准
- •Prior pelvic surgery or re-irradiation that alters vaginal anatomy significantly, Severe psychiatric illness or cognitive impairment, Pregnancy or lactation, Medical contraindication to sexual activity, Refusal to participate in rehabilitation activities,Gross HDUN
