入选标准
- •Having suspected or proven infection;
- •Increasing 2 points or more of SOFA score compared to the baseline;
- •The patient or his/her guardian has informed and free written consent to participate in the study;
排除标准
- •Multi organ dysfunction;
- •Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) less than 4;
- •The patient needs emergency dialysis due to severe acidosis or end stage renal disease;
- •Breastfeeding;
- •Being NPO for any reasons;
- •Having kidney stones as his/her medical history;
- •Having hypersensitivity reactions with the intervention in the past;
