•1)Patients clinically diagnosed/confirmed by inspection as having parikartika(Fissure-in-ano).
•2)Patients of either sex,religion,and irrespective of demographic data.
•3)Patients of Age between 18-60 years.
•4)Controlled cases of hypertension and Diabetes mellitus.
•5)Willing and able to participate in study.

•1) Patient having Parikartika (Fissure-in-ano) secondary to Crohn’s disease,ulcerative colitis,syphilis, and tuberculosis will be excluded.
•2) Patient having anal or rectal cancer.
•3) Patients with positive Viral markers.
•4)Fissure- in- ano associated with piles, and fistula -in- ano.
•5) Uncontrolled cases of Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension or any other condition in which the investigator thinks may jeopardize the study.
