入选标准
- •Inclusion Criteria
- •-patients who age of >/=18 years old
- •-Has been diagnosed as Parkinson disease according to UKPDS Brain bank criteria who are in stable disease (no need for medication adjustment at least 4 weeks before enrollment.
- •-Met criteria of chronic constipation according to ROME IV criteria (ROME IV diagnosis criteria for constipation)
排除标准
- •Exclusion Criteria
- •- Had alternative cause of chronic constipation eg.
- •oHistory of abdominal surgery except anorectal surgery, appendectomy and cholecystectomy.
- •oRecieve drugs which effect GI motility eg. opioids, anticholinergic agents
- •oHave endrocrinologic disease or metabolic derangement which caused constipation eg.hypothyroidism, hypercalcemia
- •omegacolon/megarectum, pseudo-colonic obstruction
- •-Has been diagnosed as colonic cancer before the enrolment all participants with age 50 year should be underwent colonic cancer screening
- •-Allergic to prucalopride or medication component.
- •-Currently treated with prucalopride before the enrollment.
- •-Severe dementia or unable to fill the questionnaires.
- •-Pregnant or lactating women.
