入选标准
- •1. Clinical diagnosis of the trigger finger
- •2.Considered by the doctor to be treatable with conservative management.
- •3.Grade I-III of Clinical Grading Severity of trigger finger by Green classification system
- •4.Aged >18 years
- •5. Consent to participate in the research
排除标准
- •1.History of surgical release of affected finger
- •2.History of steroid injection of affected finger within 6 months
- •3.History of rheumatoid arthritis ,osteoarthritis or major hand trauma
- •4.Fifth finger triggering
- •5.Trigger finger on contralateral digit
- •6.Pain in some parts of the hand and wrist
