- •1. Hospitalized adult patients in general medicine ward who have been receiving intravenous or oral antimicrobial therapy within 48 hours
- •2. No prior use of antimicrobial agents or discontinuation of any antimicrobial agents at least 4 weeks before study enrolment

- •1. Hospitalized adult patients in general medicine ward who have been receiving intravenous or oral antimicrobial therapy more than 48 hours
- •2. Patients with neutropenia
