- •Women with age between 20 and 70 years
排除标准
- •Pregnant women
- •Medical conditions causing UI like pelvic cancer, severe endometriosis, use of intrautrine device, any neurological or metabolic disorders leading to UI, urinary infection
- •Women with uterine prolapse
- •Women who have already taken treatment/ taking treatment or done exercise for this problem
- •Women who are not able to perform exercise due to pain, discomforts etc
- •Women who are psychologically unstable
- •Women who are not willing to participate in the study
